Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and any other rights in all the material on this site is owned by the Ombudsman Service, the FSA and the OFT. You may print and download extracts from this site for personal use. But you must not modify text, graphics or documents in any way.

Downloading PDF files
You will need version 6 of "Acrobat reader" to view documents showing the PDF logo.
Adobe also provide a free online tool which converts the content of PDF files to a format that can be understood by most screen-reader applications. The URL (Uniform Resource Locator is the web address eg http://www.widerimplications.info) of the document can be submitted either via email or web form - and the content is returned, converted either to HTML (ie standard web page format) or plain text.
